Upon arriving at the HHR (Hilton Hotels & Resorts) I came to find out that the waiting line at the reception was very long, there were about 5-10 people waiting to receive a room because there were no receptionist at the desk. It took a receptionist 4 minutes to come to assist finally.
I will say, the Architecture of the hotel was relaxing and calming, very well designed, beds were huge, the view was pristine.
We had a slight issue with how loud neighboring toilet pipes were, we almost couldn't fall asleep due to the endless flow of rushing water in the pipes.
When we attempted to go upstairs by Elevator, we pressed the button, waited... waited... and then finally asked to speak to someone as the elevators have been out of order for a few weeks now by what other guests say.
Even during all this chaos though, the HHR staff were helpful and kind when it came to asking for assistance.
We at RBBB kind of expected a bit more handled and well organized hotel but will say, you need to visit the HHR. They are something you do not want to miss out on.

The reason for this verdict is the few but visible problems;
- Low Reception Staff
- Low Call Response
- Broken Elevators
- Loud Piping / Structure
